Are these official government documents?
No. StubGenPro helps you generate professional documents from data you provide. They are intended for record-keeping and situations where proof of income is requested — not for filing with tax authorities.
Which countries and languages are supported?
34 countries and 14 languages. Every language is available in every country — a visitor in Poland can still work and receive the PDF in Japanese if they choose.
Will the PDF be in my chosen language?
Yes. The generator flow, on-screen preview and the final PDF all use the language selected in the top-right switcher. Country-specific fields (tax IDs, statutory footers) stay in the country's official form for legal recognizability.
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes. PNG or JPG up to 2 MB. It appears in the header of the PDF.
How is payment handled?
One flat fee per document via Stripe. Download link is emailed and opened in your browser instantly. Documents are re-downloadable for 30 days.
