Each paystub costs $10 USD. There are no subscriptions, no add-ons, and no hidden fees. Pricing includes both the PDF and PNG download, YTD summary, company logo, and a 30-day re-download window.

115 countries are supported at launch, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Japan, and the UAE. Each generator page renders in the country's local language — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Japanese, and Arabic (right-to-left) — with the correct currency symbol and tax line labels.

No. StubGenPro produces a payroll earnings statement in the same format employers issue for personal record-keeping, rental applications, loan applications, visa paperwork, and similar uses. It is not an official government tax filing, and using it to misrepresent income to a lender, landlord, or government agency is fraud and is not permitted.

You fill out the generator form for your chosen country, enter your email at checkout, and pay by card via Stripe. Payments run in Stripe test mode until the site goes live — real cards are declined and only test cards work. Once the payment webhook confirms, the download page unlocks the PDF and PNG.

After payment, you are redirected to a download page with a signed token in the URL. That page shows two buttons — Download PDF and Download PNG — and remains valid for 30 days. Bookmark the URL to re-download later.

Yes. On any generator page you can upload a PNG or JPG logo (up to 2 MB). It appears in the header of both the PDF and the PNG next to the company name.

Contact support with your order token and we will reissue the stub for free. You can also generate a fresh stub — payments are per-stub, so a corrected version is a new $10 order unless you contact us first.

No. StubGenPro is intentionally sign-up free. Your download link is tied to a one-time token emailed to you at checkout — there is no password, no dashboard, and no stored profile.

Paystub data is stored only for the 30-day re-download window and is never shared, resold, or used for advertising. Payments are processed by Stripe — StubGenPro never sees your card number. Logos and generated PDFs are stored in encrypted object storage.

Yes. The UAE generator (/generate/ae) renders in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, including the form, live preview, and checkout CTA. Japanese, Polish, Nordic languages, and all Western European languages are also supported natively.

Because paystubs are delivered instantly as digital downloads, refunds are handled case-by-case. If the generated PDF has a defect on our end (missing tax line, formatting bug, wrong currency), we refund in full. Contact support with your order token.
