Localized pay stub & income document templates for 155 countries.
The form fields, tax lines, currency, and language all adapt to the country you pick. Every template mirrors what a real payslip in that country looks like — so the document is recognizable to the landlord, bank, embassy, or benefits office reviewing it.

Why country-specific templates matter
A US pay stub is not the same document as a UK payslip or a German Lohnabrechnung. Each country mandates its own line items — Social Security and Medicare in the US, PAYE and National Insurance in the UK, KV/RV/AV/PV social contributions in Germany, PIS/COFINS in Brazil, WPS payroll fields in the UAE. A stub that omits those lines looks foreign to local reviewers and often gets rejected. StubGenPro renders every document in the format the destination country expects, in the local language and currency, so the reviewer sees exactly what they see for domestic employees.
Country templates — FAQ
How many countries does StubGenPro support?
155 countries are supported today. Every country ships with its own document template, tax and social-security lines, currency symbol, date and number formats, and native-language field labels.
Are the country-specific pay stubs legally formatted?
Templates follow the mandatory line items each country requires on a payslip — US federal + FICA + state, UK PAYE + NI, German Lohnsteuer + KV/RV/AV/PV, French bulletin de paie sections, UAE WPS payroll format, and so on. They are formatted for personal record-keeping and proof-of-income use, not filed with tax authorities.
What currency and language does each document use?
Each country renders in its official currency (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AED, BRL, etc.) and its most common official language. Multi-language countries let you pick per locale — Canada supports English and French, Switzerland supports German, French and Italian, UAE supports English and Arabic (right-to-left).
Which country should I pick if I work remotely across borders?
Pick the country whose tax jurisdiction you actually pay into — usually where your employer of record or your own company is registered. If you are paid via a US LLC but living in Portugal, choose the US template; if you are on a Portuguese labor contract, choose Portugal.
Can I switch countries after paying for a document?
Each payment covers one document in one country. To generate a stub for a different country, run the generator again for that country — no subscription is required and pricing is flat per document.
