A Japanese payslip typically shows basic salary (基本給), allowances (手当), deductions for health insurance (健康保険), pension (厚生年金), employment insurance (雇用保険), income tax (所得税), and resident tax (住民税), plus net pay (差引支給額). StubGenPro currently uses English labels with JPY currency and Japan-appropriate deduction categories.
Not yet — the Japan template ships with English labels while our Japanese localization is being finalized. Currency, deductions, and format are Japan-specific.
The Japan template renders in Japan / 日本 using JPY (¥) and the YYYY-MM-DD date format. Currency amounts are formatted with the en-JP locale, so thousand and decimal separators match local convention.
Japan paystubs support: monthly. This reflects standard payroll cycles used by local employers.
Default deduction lines: Health Insurance, Employees Pension, Employment Insurance, Income Tax, Resident Tax. Every line label and amount is editable so you can match your real payslip exactly.
The Japan template asks for: Employee No., Corporate No.. Enter values from your employment documents — StubGenPro does not validate them against government registries.
