Maine pay stub requirements

Penalties

Employees may recover unpaid wages plus reasonable attorney's fees and an additional amount equal to twice unpaid wages as liquidated damages under § 626-A.

Record retention

At least three years under federal FLSA rules.

Allowed, provided employees can access and print records at no cost.
