Nevada pay stub requirements

Penalties

Labor Commissioner may award back wages plus an administrative penalty up to $5,000 per willful violation. Failure to pay final wages triggers a continuing-wages penalty of up to 30 days' pay under NRS 608.040.

Record retention

Two years under NRS 608.115.

Allowed, provided employees can access and print records at no cost.
