Amazon employees access pay stubs through the A to Z portal (atoz.amazon.work) or the A to Z mobile app. Sign in with your Amazon login, open "Pay" → "Paystubs", and download any pay period as a PDF. Warehouse associates paid weekly on Friday; corporate paid semi-monthly.
Current Amazon employees
1.Sign in to A to Z
Open atoz.amazon.work in a browser or install the "Amazon A to Z" app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your Amazon employee login and password.
2.Open the Pay section
From the app home, tap the "Pay" card. From the web portal, click "Pay" in the top navigation.
3.Select Paystubs
Tap "Paystubs" to see a list of every pay period. Warehouse (Tier 1) associates paid weekly see 52+ entries per year.
4.Download or email the PDF
Tap any pay period, then use "Download PDF" or "Email to me". The PDF is a full itemized stub suitable for landlords, banks, and government forms.

1.A to Z remains active briefly
Your login stays active for up to 30 days after separation for final pay stub and tax document access.
2.Contact the Employee Resource Center
Call 1-888-892-7180 (US) with your Amazon login ID, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN.
3.Retrieve your W-2 via ADP
Amazon uses ADP for tax forms. Former employees can create an account at my.adp.com using the Amazon company code, which the ERC will provide.
Common problems
1.A to Z login not working
Reset your password at password.amazon.work. If your account is locked (5 failed attempts), wait 30 minutes or call the ERC.
2.Wrong pay rate on stub
Report through the A to Z "Contact HR" flow. Amazon typically corrects underpayments in the next weekly cycle for Tier 1 employees.
3.Missing shift on paystub
Check "My Schedule" for a missed punch. Missing time must be reported to your manager within 7 days for retroactive correction.
