How to get your Home Depot pay stub

Home Depot associates access pay stubs through the myApron portal (in-store) or Livetheorangelife.com (from any device). Sign in with your associate ID and password, open "myTHDHR" → "Pay & Taxes" → "View Pay Statement", and download any pay period as a PDF. Home Depot pays weekly on Friday.
Current Home Depot employees
1.Sign in to myApron or Live The Orange Life
From a store computer, open myApron on the intranet. From home or a personal device, go to livetheorangelife.com and sign in with your associate ID and password.
2.Open myTHDHR
Click the myTHDHR (My The Home Depot Human Resources) tile. This is the self-service HR portal for all US and Canada associates.
3.Go to Pay & Taxes
Under "Pay & Taxes", click "View Pay Statement". You will see the last 26 pay periods with pay date and net pay.
4.Download the PDF
Click any pay period and use "Print" to save as PDF. Older stubs (beyond 26 weeks) require an email request to the HR Service Center.
Former Home Depot employees
1.Portal access ends at separation
Unlike Walmart or Kroger, Home Depot cuts off myApron immediately at separation. Former associates must call the HR Service Center for prior stubs.
2.Call the HR Service Center
Dial 1-866-698-4347 with your associate ID, date of birth, and SSN. Stubs and W-2s can be mailed or emailed within 5–7 business days.
3.W-2 through myTHDHR alumni
Home Depot posts former associate W-2s on myTHDHR.com; use your associate ID and the temporary PIN mailed with your final paystub.
Common problems
1.Forgot your associate ID
It is on your name badge, on any paystub, and on the time-clock screen. Your Store Ops manager can look it up.
2.myApron only works in the store
Correct — myApron is intranet-only. Use livetheorangelife.com from home. It requires the same credentials and adds a security question step on first external login.
3.Success Sharing bonus missing
Success Sharing (half-year bonus) is on a separate pay statement in April and October, not on your weekly stub. Check under "Bonus Statement" in myTHDHR.
