How to get your Kroger pay stub
Portal, login steps, common problems, and what your Kroger pay stub includes — updated for 2026.
Kroger associates access pay stubs through the ExpressHR portal (myinfo.kroger.com) or the Kroger Feed app. Sign in with your Enterprise User ID (EUID) and password, open "Payroll" → "Paycheck Statements", and download any recent pay period as a PDF. Most Kroger banners pay weekly on Thursday or Friday.
Current Kroger employees
1.Sign in to MyInfo
Open myinfo.kroger.com or the "Kroger Feed" app. Enter your Enterprise User ID (EUID) — the ID printed on your paystub and used for the time clock — and your password.
2.Open ExpressHR
From MyInfo, click "ExpressHR" in the menu. First-time users complete SSN + DOB verification and set up two security questions.
3.Go to Paycheck Statements
Under "Payroll", click "Paycheck Statements". The last 18 months of stubs are listed with pay date, gross, and net.
4.Download the PDF
Click any pay period, then "Print / Save as PDF". Older stubs can be requested from your store's bookkeeper or the Associate Service Center.
Former Kroger employees
1.Access remains briefly
MyInfo login stays active for approximately 90 days after your last pay period for final stub and W-2 access.
2.Contact the Associate Service Center
Call 1-800-952-8889 with your EUID, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN. Prior pay stubs can be mailed or emailed.
3.W-2 from Equifax
Kroger W-2s for former employees are on mytaxform.com — the Kroger Employer Code is 10575. Use your SSN and PIN (default: last 4 SSN + 2-digit birth year).
Common problems
1.Do not know your EUID
It is printed at the top of any paystub and on your time-clock sign-in screen. Your store manager or front-end bookkeeper can look it up.
2.Locked out of MyInfo
Three failed logins lock the account for 30 minutes. Reset via "Forgot Password" using the email on file, or call the ASC.
3.Wrong division listed
Kroger operates dozens of banners (Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Fry's, QFC, etc.). If your division is wrong, contact HR — it affects which union contract and benefits apply.
