How to get your Walmart pay stub
Portal, login steps, common problems, and what your Walmart pay stub includes — updated for 2026.
Walmart associates access pay stubs through the OneWalmart portal (one.walmart.com) using their Walmart Identification Number (WIN) and password. Log in, open the "Pay" or "My Money" tile, and select "Paystub" to view or download any pay period from the last 24 months as a PDF.
Current Walmart employees
1.Sign in to OneWalmart
Go to one.walmart.com from a Walmart store computer, a personal device on the store Wi-Fi, or any browser. Enter your WIN (9-digit Walmart Identification Number, printed on your name badge) and your password.
2.Open the Money tile
On the OneWalmart home screen, click "GTA Portal" or the "Money" / "Pay" tile. First-time users off the store network complete a 2-step verification via text or the Me@Walmart app.
3.Select Paystub
Choose "Paystub" from the menu. You will see a list of the last 24 months of pay periods with pay date, gross, and net.
4.Download the PDF
Click any pay period and use the "Print / Download" button in the top right to save a PDF. Older stubs (beyond 24 months) are available through People Services on request.
Former Walmart employees
1.Use Money Network or WalmartOne
For up to one year after separation you can still log in with your WIN. Walmart also emails a link to Money Network for final pay stubs and tax documents.
2.Contact People Services
Call 1-800-421-1362 with your WIN, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN. They can mail or email prior pay stubs and W-2s.
3.Get your W-2
W-2s for former associates are posted to mytaxform.com (Employer Code 10108). Sign up with your SSN and Walmart WIN.
Common problems
1.Forgot your WIN or password
Reset via the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Your WIN is on your name badge, on any past paystub, or available from your store manager.
2.2-step verification not receiving code
Check your registered phone or email in the Me@Walmart app under Profile → Contact Info. Update it before the code expires (15 minutes).
3.Portal shows blank pay stub
Try a different browser (Chrome/Edge work best) and disable ad blockers. If it still fails, People Services can regenerate the stub.
