How to get your McDonald's pay stub

Portal, login steps, common problems, and what your McDonald's pay stub includes — updated for 2026.

Quick answer

McDonald's crew access varies by franchise. Corporate-owned restaurants use the McDPeople portal; franchisees use ADP Workforce Now, Paychex Flex, or Altametrics. Check the paystub you already have — it lists the payroll provider. Sign in with the ID your manager gave you, open the pay or payroll section, and download the PDF. Most crews are paid bi-weekly.

Current McDonald's employees

  1. 1.Identify your payroll provider

McDonald's does not have one paystub system. Corporate-owned restaurants use McDPeople. Franchisees use ADP, Paychex, Altametrics, Isolved, or Paycom. The provider name is printed on any existing paystub.

  2. 2.Corporate: Sign in to McDPeople

Go to mcdpeople.mcd.com and sign in with your McDonald's network ID (issued at onboarding) and password. Open the "Pay" tile → "Pay Statements".

  3. 3.Franchise: Sign in to your payroll portal

ADP → my.adp.com (register with the company code from your manager). Paychex → myflexpaystub.paychex.com. Altametrics → hub.altametrics.com. Register with employee ID + SSN.

  4. 4.Download the PDF

In any of these portals, open the pay period, click "Print" or "Download PDF". Franchise portals typically retain 12–24 months of statements.

Former McDonald's employees

  1. 1.Ask your former manager for the payroll code

You will need the ADP / Paychex company code to register on the alumni portal. Text or call the store manager who hired you.

  2. 2.Register on the alumni portal

ADP alumni access is my.adp.com — use "Register Now" with the company code. Paychex uses myflexpaystub.paychex.com. Both post W-2s for tax season.

  3. 3.Corporate: contact McDonald's HR

For corporate-owned store employees, call 1-800-232-0332 with your name, DOB, and last 4 SSN.

Common problems

  1. 1.Different owner each year

Franchise sales are common. If your store changed hands, you may have paystubs across two different payroll systems. Each is accessed with its own registration.

  2. 2.Cannot register on ADP / Paychex

You need the exact company code and legal entity name from your W-4 or first paystub. Guessing will not work.

  3. 3.Never got a paystub

Federal law requires you keep a record of hours and pay. Every US state except Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, South Dakota, and Tennessee requires the employer to provide one. Ask your manager in writing and copy your state labor department if refused.
